Description

Becky describes her artwork ‘Pingu’ as follows:

I love art as I can create new things and be proud in what I make.

This year I made a penguin and I called it Pingu. I love penguins and together we can save them by reducing our waste. We can recycle to stop rubbish from entering their habitat. Penguins make me happy and keeps me calm.
I made Pingu using recycled corflute, cotton and hemp paper and recycled blue and orange paper. I used white fairy lights for illumination.

I hope my art motivates you to be more creative about something you love.

Becky’s Pingu has been illuminated by using battery operated LED white fairy lights.
