Description

The story behind the artwork: I chose to do people for my exhibition because I like socialising and meeting new people. I think all people of all ages are interesting. I made my prints from different styles. I used a stencil as the main background and layered stamps on top of each other for other backgrounds. I made the person print from a wood engraving. I used stencils to print patterns I like onto handmade papers. I chose these colours as I though they looked good together. I punched out people of all different shapes and sizes and glued them on in different ways. I strung them together using glue and paper string.
