Description
The story behind the artwork: I love looking at the pretty stars at night. I believe you can make a wish on a shooting star. This is why I chose stars for my exhibition artwork. I used an engraving pen to engrave into soft wood to create a print for some stars. I used stamps and stencils for my print with different pains. I added a little glitter which sparkles like the stars. I hope you like my artwork. I had a vision for the colours I wanted to use and used them to contrast against each other for each panel. I used stamps and soft wood that I made with an engraving pen. I used different types of inks, glitter glue, and paints for each star layer. I glued them together and hung them using paper string on a stick. I made paper beads to decorate the top and bottom of my curtain.
This artwork has different prints on each side.
